PCT is a WIPO-administered international treaty allowing one application to serve as a basis for protection in 150+ countries.
International phase
International search (ISA) and optional international preliminary examination (IPER). Outputs: ISR and IPRP.
National phase in Macedonia
Entry no later than 31 months from earliest priority. Macedonian translation and fees required.
